Proof Load Testing
Dale & Co provides in-house tensile proof load testing for lifting equipment, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with safety standards. We can manufacturer custom jigs to accommodate your unique, dynamic testing requirements and by taking advantage of a 100t test bed and two 5t overhead cranes, we can perform high capacity testing with ease. We carry out testing for both day to day requirements and the unique and strenuous requirements of defence, aerospace and nuclear.
LOLER Inspection Services
As specialists in LOLER compliance, Dale & Co offers inspection services on a range of lifting and handling equipment. From organising LOLER and service contracts on hoists, cranes and winches, to multi-site loose LOLER inspections nationwide, Dale’s can offer a full remit of inspection services.
We also offer in house inspection services on your equipment, delivering the gear freshly cleaned up and certified back to your site.

Design & Manufacturing

Our cranes are all supported by supporting steelwork expertly designed in house, ensuring the safety of your works, and full aftercare. We will support every step of your installation, from ground drilling, to structural site surveying.
Lifting Equipment Repair
Dale & Co handles repairs for a wide range of lifting equipment whether as part of our LOLER package or ad hoc as brought it to us. We hold a healthy stock of spare parts for all major brands of: chain, clamps, hoists and winches, ensuring quick turn around times when it matters most.
Our qualified engineers have decades of experience with all types of lifting equipment, meaning your gear gets the experienced treatment it needs, all fully: cleaned, tested and re-certified before making its way back to you.
Breakdown Call Outs
When your crane unit stops running, we know the impact this may have on your production. Our engineers are readily available throughout the week across Manchester and the North West to diagnose your fault, and work to the quickest possible fix.
We strive to have you up and running before we leave site, but where this is not possible, you will receive prompt communication from the office regarding: next visit, lead time of spares, and subsequent costs. We are the trusted partner for breakdowns across some key national rail providers and continuous manufacturing facilities.
