Conveyor Systems

With over 700+ years of combined engineering experience across the group, we’re set up to support all of your conveyor (automotive) needs. We have the experience of dealing with all types of power and free conveyor system challenges, specifically supporting critical breakdowns onsite and shutdowns. Core products we offer are all types of fabrication including structural steelwork, underguarding and catwalk stairs, mezzanine floors, and more.

Refurbishment

Looking to maintain your current assets, and keep your equipment in optimal condition with our inspection and refurbishment services. Our team is based in the UK, allowing us to stay flexible and work around your shut-down periods. Additionally, we keep costs down by providing assessment, fabrication, casting of spare parts (which may not be available anymore from the original manufacturer), machining, painting and installation.

Fabrication

Work with a team of experienced engineers, to coded welders we can take your project from concept to completion. Europa Group boasts a range of in-house capabilities including shot blasting, cutting, sawing, CNC machining, painting and assembly – we can even manage all the transport and installation for you.

Machining

Built on the back of Sheffield’s industrial power, our dedicated machine shop has a range of manual and CNC machines, including a variety of vertical and horizontal borers. Our largest machine is our floor borer, with a bed spanning 10 metres. Our CNC machines are a variety of 3 and 4 axis machines..

Casting

Our Group boasts two specialist leading non-ferrous castings foundry. We can provide high-quality British castings manufactured to your specifications utilising traditional and modern casting methods, providing 1,000s of castings annually.

Shot blasting & Spraying

Europa Group’s comprehensive in-house shot blast and painting facility complete with various overhead craneage gives us the ability to complete time critical project turnarounds whilst maintaining our inhouse high standard finish on all products. Abrasive shot blasting ensures your chosen paint system or powder coating applies cleanly – and that it lasts.

LOLER Inspection

With national coverage across the UK, we provide on-site LOLER & PUWER inspections of lifting equipment and mechanical handling equipment. This ensures your lifting equipment is safe and compliant with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER).
  • Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) members
  • We’ll issue comprehensive inspection and defect reports, including colour coding all equipment that has passed

Overhead Cranes & Servicing

Not only do we design and manufacture overhead crane solutions, at Europa Group we have a dedicated breakdown team covering overhead cranes, swing jibs, electric hoists, etc. We can also reduce call outs, and breakdown time by establishing routine servicing contracts to ensure you operations always have the capability to run at maximum output capacity.

Inspection & Repair

Our inspection and repair service is available for all products and assets that fall under LOLER and PUWER regulations such as, fixed overhead cranes, tower cranes and lifting equipment. Our LEEA trained engineers work from our fully equipped test centre providing on-site inspections, breakdown support and servicing.
